Important Update: Payslip Access Changes from September 2025

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that from 1st September 2025, payslips for the following areas will no longer be accessible through the E-Payslips Solution:

  • Child Family Agency(CFA) / Tusla
  • Midlands (Retirees & Employees)
  • Mid-West (Retirees & Employees) – excluding Health Care Support Assistants
  • North West (Retirees & Employees)

To continue accessing your payslips, please register and log in to the HSE HR & Payroll Self Service Portal using the following link: 🔗 https://healthservice.hse.ie/staff/my-hse-self-service-support/

From 1st January 2026, Mid-West Health Care Support Assistants (HCSA) will also move to the Self Service Portal, where both current and historic payslips will be available. Please ensure you are registered to maintain uninterrupted access.

⚠️ Please note:
From 1st January 2026, the E-Payslips system will be disabled for all users, except those in Tallaght and Tallaght CHI. These users will not be impacted and can continue to access their payslips as normal through the existing system.
